  11. I need to get a hold of A4000 schematics to fix a recent audio problem.
  12. The left audio channel is garbled - but the right works fine.  The
  13. problem was intermittent for a while (as if a part was failing) and
  14. now it is here to stay.  It is extremely difficult to diagnose since
  15. several things measure a dead short with no power applied.  Even the
  16. two audio outputs measure shorted together!?  Any ideas on what might
  17. be causing the problem?

  19. Where can I get the schematics for the A4000, and how much do they
  20. cost?  Or... could some kind soul send me just the schematic for the
  21. audio output section?  I desperately want to get this fixed ASAP.

  23. BTW: My A4000 has always exhibited an odd behavior with the audio
  24.      output.  If I connect an amplifier to just the left (white) output,
  25.      I hear the right audio channel.  If I connect just the right (red)
  26.      output, I hear the left audio channel.  When I connect both outputs,
  27.      the channels reverse - left is left, right is right.  Is this
  28.      behavior normal, or has this been defective from the start?
